My First Visit

Your first visit with Dr. Molgard will set the foundation for a lifetime of excellent oral health. Whether you're scheduling your first appointment or have been referred by another dentist, you can expect a thorough and comfortable experience. During your initial visit, Dr. Molgard will conduct a comprehensive dental exam, which includes a full set of mouth radiographs to assess your overall oral health.

If possible, please bring any existing dental records or X-rays from your previous dentist. This allows us to have a complete picture of your dental history and ensures we offer the best care possible. In many cases, we will also schedule you with one of our highly skilled hygienists for a preventive cleaning and personalized oral hygiene advice.

During your first appointment, we will also:

  • Conduct a thorough review of your medical and dental history to identify any potential risk factors that may impact your treatment
  • Screen for common conditions like periodontal disease and oral cancer
  • Assess the function and integrity of any existing dental work, such as crowns, bridges, or removable prostheses
  • Address any concerns or dental health goals you may have, creating a customized care plan just for you

free 1-hour patient consultation

For patients referred for advanced treatments such as full mouth rehabilitation, we offer a complimentary 1-hour consultation. During this consultation, Dr. Molgard will thoroughly evaluate your dental needs and discuss the best treatment options to restore your smile. You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions, understand the procedures in detail, and explore financing options to make the best-informed decision for your care.

Financing & Insurance

At our Spokane office, we strive to make high-quality dental care accessible to everyone. We accept a wide range of dental insurance plans and offer flexible payment options to accommodate patients who may not have full dental coverage.

Before starting any treatment, we provide you with a detailed, itemized treatment plan, so you know exactly what to expect—there are no surprises when it comes to the cost of your care.

If you’re concerned about financing a larger procedure or full mouth rehabilitation, our team is here to help. We’ll work with you to find a solution that fits your budget, ensuring you can get the care you need without financial stress.

refer a friend

If you refer a friend and they become a patient, both you and your friend will receive a $25 credit toward your accounts. It’s our way of saying thank you for trusting us with your care and sharing that trust with others.
